PROBLEM bad service
HEADLINE STAY AWAY FROM IBURST
THE INCIDENT

I contacted iBurst for a modem about 3 weeks ago. I emailed all my relevant documentation to them as requested. I called the call centre (pathetic service there as well - the phones just keep on ringing!) a few times to get feedback about my application. I am still waiting for Lenore to phone me back. I got great service from Vodacom Direct - got my USB 3G stick within 3 working days!
